Exchange and return policy

If you wish to make a request for an exchange or return for your shipment, you can certainly make a request as long as the shipment is intact and in its original condition and without any damage, by communicating on one of the communication methods.

Who bears the shipping costs for returning or replacing products?

  • If the return or exchange is due to the buyer and is not a defect in the product, the buyer will bear the shipping, return and exchange costs.
  • If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product or its non-compliance with the sales specifications and details, the store will inspect the product. If it is proven that the defect is due to the product or non-conformity, the store will bear the shipping, return and exchange costs.

Conditions for exchange and return:

  • It is not possible for any reason to be returned in the event of damage or loss of perfume supplies, such as the cardboard cover or any other supplies
  • In the event that you order products that include gifts, such as a free item or item, when requesting to return or exchange the product, the items or gifts must be returned with it.
  • Shipping will be calculated based on the country and delivery method indicated at the time of checkout for the product.
  • If there is a discount on an order of multiple products, the discount value will be deducted from the total return value
  • If you order from the store and choose payment upon receipt, if available, and the order is not received from the shipping representative, you will be banned from the store and you will not be able to buy from the store again. We have the right to request compensation for the loss of shipping from the customer with the competent judicial authorities.
  • It is very important when ordering and while writing the address to ensure that the neighborhood name and city are chosen correctly so that there is no delay in the shipment or cancellation of the order due to entering an incorrect neighborhood name, choosing an incorrect city, or choosing a major city adjacent to your city.
  • The order cannot be canceled if its status becomes “executed.” You can cancel the order yourself before that by entering the order within one hour of ordering.
  • It takes 2-5 business days to process the order, and you will be provided with a text message upon execution with a link to track the order
